[1] Configure Squid

vi /etc/squid3/squid.conf

# near line 842: add ( allow http all )

/etc/init.d/squid3 restart

Restarting Squid HTTP Proxy 3.x: squid3 Waiting.....................done.
[2] Change Settings of DNS or router if needed, and access to make sure the settings are enabled.
